    I love the Augustine of Hippo quote. It is true--in God there is rest, peace, everything we need for joy and security. No matter what is happening in life, resting in God is sufficient for every need.

    And I have always agreed with Spurgeon that thought is speech before God. That's why healthy thought lives require much vigilance and care.
